I ♥ Phiten!!!

Being exposed to Phiten by my family as they bought one of Phiten products, 3line Sport Necklaces from Japan.

These amazing products have been available in Japan for over 20 years. PHITEN titanium products utilise advances in the understanding of Bio-electricity to improve your rate of recovery from fatigue and muscle strain, prevent injury and relieve pain through reduced muscle tension and increased flexibility and enhance your abillity to perform at your optimum level.

How is it works??
Well, based on my understanding, inside the necklace consists of titan silica and micro titan balls which helps in balancing the ions in the body which causes us fatigue. To understand better on how it's work, watch the video below.

After wearing the necklace for days, I found that it's a benefit product which help to relief muscle tension and reduce the stress level. This is especially needed for the university students like us. =) There are other positive reviews on this brand as well.

Besides necklaces, it offers various of products as well such as sleeping goods, daily cares and protection series with the mission of "Everything we do, we do for your health". For the description of the products offered, click here.

As for the sake of our health, i would recommend this products to my friends as it really works for me. ♥ it so much!!! =]

Cooking time

Oh! i was so hungry this afternoon! And yet my parents were not around. It's my show time to cook something to fill my stomach. The idea that come into my mind is spaghetti!!! I like spaghetti but not the cheese, so i make a new flavour, tom yam spaghetti. Well tom yam flavour is not consider new, indeed it's already on the menu of Secret Recipe. But mine is abit different, I use the Prego Italian Traditional Tomato pasta sauce mix with tom yam paste and of course add in some chilli padi to make it taste spicy!

After few hours "battle", this is the product:

The appearance not so nice but at least still edible~~ =]

Shrek forever after

Yeah Shrek!!! The green monster that we familiar with is again on the screen!!!

Well it has been long time this movie showing and yet I don't have free time to go for it =(
How hectic is my life!!!

As what i found out, the storyline is like this:

After challenging an evil dragon, rescuing a beautiful princess and saving your in-laws kingdom, what's an ogre to do? Well, if you're Shrek, you suddenly wind up a domesticated family man. Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, a reluctant Shrek now agrees to autograph pitch forks. Longing for the days when he felt like a real ogre, Shrek is duped into signing a pact with the smooth-talking dealmaker, Rumpelstiltskin. Shrek suddenly finds himself in a twisted, alternate version of Far Far Away, where ogres are hunted, Rumpelstiltskin is king and Shrek and Fiona have never met. Now, it's up to Shrek to undo all he's done in the hopes of saving his friends, restoring his world and reclaiming his one True Love.

I should find a day to watch it!

Japan!!!

I wish I were in Japan!! Enjoying the comfortness in Hotspring, viewing the pink cherry trees (Sakura)in the Tohoku area, thrilled by high speed ride in Disneyland/Disneysea and shop till I drop!

Well, what I get is only the souvenir from Japan. Few weeks ago my mom and my sister went for a Japan trip and this is what I get for my souvenir.

Not bad! even though I was not following them to Japan, I had received many many "gifts".

According to them, the living expenses in Japan is high. Even a normal ice-cream can cost RM 10 which we can bought it at RM 1 in Malaysia. I don't know, it might has different mouthfeel, smoothness and texture, I guess.

It's spring and they got the chance to see the beautiful cherry trees (sakura).

Besides sakura, there are also various of colourful flowers there. Just have a look at the pictures below.

Besides that, since it's spring day, it would be awesome to go for hot spring!

See! how cute is my mom in bathrobe!! XD

Japan!!! someday i must step on it!!! =]

Alcoholic drinks!!!

Saw the alcoholic drinks in the fridge, this remind me of the visitation to GAB in Sungai Way.
Guiness Anchor Berhad was the destination of our industrial visit of the Food Processing and Preservation students. We went there during last semester, 16/3/10.

As soon as we arrived at the site, we were lead in by one of the personnel of the company.

The moment when we step our foot into a bar-like place, the interior was astonishingly designed and furnished with wooden tables and chairs.

Then, the person-in-charged led us into the factory and explained to us the ingredients and process of making alcoholic drinks.

There are few ingredients in beer that are water, germinated barley, roasted barley, malt, yeast and hops.

Different portion of the raw materials produce different products such as a portion of the barley is roasted to give Guinness its characteristic taste and dark colour.

From the overall visitation experience, it was a definitely an eye-opener especially when we were able to have a more detail insight of the beer production.

At the end of the tour, we gathered back at where we started our tour which is the bar-like place.

We were offered free drinks and some of them delightedly have generous helpings of their favourite ones.

Likewise, it was a great exposure on the food industrial field and with the knowledge that we gain, it will be of a lot of help in giving us a better understanding in food processing.

With all the matters mentioned, we will be looking forward to visitations like this, not only for sight-seeing reasons but to gain more information about the other food industries out there.
